Level 3 - Working In Partnership Who should be involved and who is responsible? This section contains a series of references for people who want to find more detail about the issues mentioned in Levels 1 and 2. The broad range of members and other connections involves a diversity of interests. Some thought has to be given as to the most effective forms of engagement. Many of the issues to be considered are outlined in Section 5 of the Department of Health Partnership Guidance guidance for learning disability services in the chapter called Handy Hints on Working with Key Stakeholders (2002) This section of the guidance considers issues around developing partnerships with each of the key stakeholders.
