Here are stories of how organisations have worked in new ways to make things better for people with learning disabilities.
They are not stories about 'miracle' changes. They show how hard work, and determination, is slowly making things better for people with learning disabilities and their families.
They have been written so that other managers of services use the learning from what other people have done to make things change where they work too.
They have been written for us by Alison Wertheimer.
Thank you to everyone who let us use their stories.
